Kumbulgargh and Ranakpur

Kumbulgargh Fort is in the Aravalli Hills. It is a 15th Century fort known as the Eye of Mewar, because of its view of the surrounding countryside. Its ramparts extend for 36 kms and was (and is) considered impregnable.

The Adinath Temple at Ranakpur is a beautiful example of 15th century Jain architecture. Our visit was relatively short, and the light was less than perfect. But, maybe, you can get an idea of the photo opportunties you might have have with day or two at your disposal.
