Dragon's Backbone Terraces, China: I still get a little confused by who is or isn't a Zhuang or Yao villager, but I think that the women depicted in these photos are wearning traditional Yao clothing. And, no, they don't wear these headresses while they tend the crop! These women are dotted along the path up to the top, and will pose for a small fee. Fair enough. I think that this is an environmentally-friendly form of tourism.
